Our Story

Digital Transcription Services (DTS) was founded in 1992 and purchased by Clarke Limited, Inc. in January 2004.  DTS’s commitment to a high quality of service has resulted in loyalty by our clients. The fact that this is a company with hands-on owners has allowed DTS to be flexible with the client’s needs, as well as the transcriptionists. This has resulted in a low turnover of the transcriptionists which has created a very experienced transcription team. This flexible attitude is also reflected in the fact that the company will try numerous avenues to achieve the results that work best for each client. DTS feels this ability is directly responsible for the award of five (5) of the last seven (7) VA contracts in which the VA Medical Centers were having difficulty with their transcription services and were referred to DTS by other satisfied clients. DTS is proud to say that the same effort given to acquire a new client will still be there everyday throughout the duration of the relationship.
