We have recently implemented a new data base which will act as the repository of all the information concerning the life of a job at DTS (from dictation through sending the job to the client). We, along with our clients, will have access to more and better information than ever before on a more timely basis.

New Server Announcement

With the installation and implementation of a new state-of-the-art network server in July 2009, DTS has the capability for all of its transcriptionists, who all work from home, to use Remote Desktop software and transcribe medical reports on DTS’s server. No reports ever leave DTS’s physical location until reports are uploaded to the client. With this new server and software, all transcription work will be done on premises. We believe this new capability sets us apart from a majority of our competitors.
