We take pride in delivering high quality reports on a timely basis. Our Quality Assurance Manager works closely with all medical transcriptionists to assure documents are prepared to meet each client’s specific requirements. Continuous training and evaluations are provided through the Quality Assurance Department. Policies are set for the transcriptionists to ensure consistency in accordance with the client’s standards.
All our transcriptionists are held accountable through strict quality assurance guidelines and periodic auditing for their usage of correct grammar, spelling, and medical terminology. Minor grammatical corrections are made in accordance with the AAMT guidelines. If a dictation is found to be inaudible, the contractor will notify the medical center immediately as to the nature of the problem.
